    1. A lesson I've learnt is to be careful who you tell your ideas too. People with bad energy will bring you down and send negative energy your way. Sometimes it's better to just do something for yourself, by yourself and keep it to yourself so no one's energy gets in the way. Then shock them with the achievement once you've completed it❤

    2. A quick tip from an esthetician, when you apply hyaluronic acid, you want your skin to be wet. So do it after toner before your toner dries. Hyaluronic acid needs moisture to do it’s job ❤

    5. Sagi, if you want help with your hair thinning. Use minoxidil 5%.
      I also have pcos, with thinning hair, so I started using it and have noticed a difference.

    6. Been watching you for a while and I’m excited to watch your weight loss journey. I’ve lost 70 lbs in the past year your on the right track, track your calories and workout as much as possible. Also I weigh myself everyday , but it motivates me either way, if I gain water weight it makes me work harder throughout the day. If I lose weight I get excited and work harder. I don’t think anything is wrong with weighing daily. Unless it gets unhealthy for you personally.

    8. Since you’re quite a big girl I would assume you burn around 3 thousand calories a day just doing absolutely nothing, so as long as you’re eating under 3k a day you will lose weight, and obviously any exercise you do will add onto how many calories you’ve burned in the day
