Honestly that “Kanie-kun, how have you been treating that girl” line doesn’t fit quite right in the Anime where we haven’t actually *seen* Kanie treating her like crap [](#hardthink)

I get the feeling Uchiyama was having fun in the recording room for this episode. The whole thing is basically one long gag, but it’s effective in how they switch things up. The ever-increasing insanity from going from Sento to Macaron and then freaking *Tiramii* failing at acting like Kanie is a delight, and Moffle himself joining in at the end is pretty funny as well. Plus hey, we got to see the mascots trolling Kanie for a bit with that Sento suit [](#serialkillerlaugh)

Alas this is also an episode I unfortunately have to say is just not as good as its novel counterpart, partly because it’s so shortened but because half the Novels’ best jokes would’ve probably gotten this episode banned from TV. From [Novel]>!Macaron openly smoking while dressing up as Kanie, the fact that the whole reason he was in such a shit mood was because his ex-wife was being pushy to him about paying for child support to [*this*](https://imgur.com/a/0V6qWWv)!< half of all this stuff are things I’m fairly certain you can’t get away with even on a late night timeslot. Thus I understand why these changes were made… but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s less funny that way.

Amagi Brilliant park episode 8: the last jedi.

Today I’m a little late to the party.

Kanie is so tired that he passed out at his office, leaving a very worried Sento . Gossip sure travels fast, he’s just tired, but combined with the infamous Japanese flu, Kanie is out of service. That’s very kind of the Elementals, they offer to keep him entertained, and to dig a grave, Kobori is nastier than expected. Aww Latifah came to visit him. Indeed Kanie you ought to rest a Little.

Sento is very Out of character, perhaps that zipper at her head is what’s causing this. HAHAHAHA, it me just Tiramie!! The idea of using that disguise is amazing, too bad real Sento does not approve (or perhaps she doesn’t approve how they pranked Kanie using her likeliness)

In the end, Sento went along with the disguise. HAHAHA the strange kids could smell her but couldn’t find her. Chuusou didn’t suspect a thing! It might’ve been easier just to let her in the loop. Oww Kanie tends to ignore her. And once again Sento can’t act even if her life depends on it.

A love letter for Kanie!, what will Sento do?. She went along, it was just an honest mistake, don’t tell me “Kanie” will make this girl fall in love with “him” with his non-chalant atitude.

Back at the park, Macaron tells us he used to lead a gang in high school. I can’t even! It shouldn’t surprise me. Fuck, now it’s Macaron’s turn of being Kanie. I suppose Sento can’t miss school as well.
HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, God damm it Macaron. He’s not at the beach. Now he’s threatenig the bald teacher, Sento hurry up, put “Kanie” at his place. At leas he excused himself instead of doing something violent. Of course Chuujou would find him. You’re now at first name-chan treatment. “Kanie” you’re a menace. HAHAHAHA Macaron didn’t realized that she’s out of the loop and he scared her away.

HAHAHAHA no Macaron, don’t get into them, Kanie is precisely why this poor girl is second guessing her feeling. Honestly Macaron’s advice isn’t that bad…. But now he knows that “Kanie” recieved her letter. HAHAHAHHA Macaron stop making Kanie look like a giga-chad bad guy.
HAHAHAHAHAHA his neck!! Indeed Macaron, this girl must be crazy since she believed such a barefaced lie. Once again a very good advice, who would have thought Macaron had such wisdom?

Soon it’s Tiramie’s turn. Of course he blew up his school. Sento never wastes a chance to threaten Tiramie, TBF is totally justified.

Sylphy is so cute! I love her. She’s head to head against Muse in the best elemental. Too close to call.

Hidden detail. the bruised face of Tiramie tells us he got beaten up by someone. probably Sento senpai. Sento doesn’t wanna know about Moffle’s school adventures.
Well she didn’t know. These girls want to defend Tsuchida’s honor. Moffle amazingly calms down Sento.

Moffle took the opportunity to humiliate Kanie. unfortunately his apology is such a barefaced lie that the red haired girl can’t believe him. It took just a plagiarism accusation to break Moffle. (and a tree)

Lore dump: Moffle loved Latifah’s mom who married his worst enemy and now he takes care of her daughter. Is Moffle a japanese Severus Snape?

Kimura saved Fake Kanie yet he kept the status quo that’s convenient. Oh Kanie was the one who saved his reputation, kinda, With this Chuujou ascends to best new recruit.

Kanie’s friendship with Latifa is so wholesome. Tea time with cake and her sweet idea to improve her cake recipe.

Sento is the third wheel. GOOD. Mwhahaha.

Muse can’t seem to get her routine right. and roll credits.

I changed my mind. the ED is cool. It was a funny episode. The three amigos and Sento almost got a girlfriend for Kanie and then lose her and made him the school public enemy #1. Only Kanie could save himself, with the help of best kouhai.
