I guess Mizuki did one good thing before he died. Kawashita is the real villain for manipulating all these outcasts and misfits to do his bidding. I’m a little curious how he’s got the pure eye. Definitely not from his research. Did he marry into the family or something?

Looking forward to seeing Taiyo square off against the guy properly next week. Gotta get revenge for his family!

    2. It’s so damn frustrating how Kawashita is always two steps ahead of the Yozakuras. Come on man, I just wanna see him take an L for once!

    3. I love how [Mizuki thinks his poison can overpower Nanao.](https://i.imgur.com/MFIQBie.jpeg) It was an unfortunate matchup for him since [Nanao could easily counteract his poison](https://i.imgur.com/C7Zd02m.jpeg) once Nanao activates his Blooming.

So it turns out that Ai wasn’t exactly afraid of Mizuki but [has trauma about being touched in the head](https://i.imgur.com/uk3ynPr.jpeg) because of the child abuse she experienced from her mother. At least Mizuki got to atone by saving Ai.

It seems like all of these people Kawashita gathered are just poor unfortunate souls with nowhere to go. That doesn’t mean KAwashita is a good guy though considering most of the people in that facility [were maneuvered into it by Kawashita himself.](https://i.imgur.com/7eP6NUs.jpeg)

It’s amusing how after the reveal that Kawashita was born in 1914, we immediately learn that [he worked for the medical branch of the Imperial Japanese Army.](https://i.imgur.com/5u4deGd.jpeg) This would mean Kawashita must’ve been involved in war crimes Japan committed.

What I love is how [Kyouichiro makes it clear that the Yozakura Family had no involvement with the Japanese government during WW2](https://i.imgur.com/Op4cZD5.png) and has been running independently since 1895.

[That combo from Taiyo and Kyouichirou was hype!](https://i.imgur.com/CBp6qKU.jpeg) I can’t fucking wait for Taiyo to finally face off against Kawashita next week.

    4. Ngl Mizuki’s death got me a bit. I even teared up. Of course I still don’t agree with where his stance ended up but I can’t blame his disdain for society after hearing his backstory. Similarly, it’s pretty shitty to use Ai’s trauma to keep her in check like that, but kinda understandable when we found out it’s to keep her from going on Kawashita’s bad side cos Mizuki knows how easily he throws away lives.

Ai’s backstory was tragic as well. Made all the more so even after taken in by Kawashita knowing all her friends were just disposed of. And now, losing her father figure as well.

Kawashita just shows more and more what a piece of shit. Just like with Mizuki, Aonuma, Chacha I’m willing to listen to their backstories. But Kawashita has shown time and again how much he doesn’t care about other’s lives and how he sees them as disposable. Makes it really hard to want to see what his deal is. Also, he’s probably a Yozakura right ? Or at least someone closely affiliated with them. He has the Yozakura Blooming after all
