    1. If anyone watched or read Negima, yeah, Will’s power is effectively Magia Erebea, but with sword.

Although, this episode is really rushed and the art is definitely not up to par with the previous episode.

    2. Hot damn, they really cooked with the action scenes! I like how each member of the party gets a chance to shine.

If Rosti came down all the way to the 11th floor *by himself*, he’s definitely no ordinary guy.

    3. Wand and sword – we got a partial title drop

Will does not seem magicless at all

Did they beat the raid boss already?

We still got one more ep

    4. I know the significance but its funny how Wignall supports Will because he’s allowed to touch him.

Also Sion’s violence towards Will was for once justified and even helpful with making that Ignis Wis!

“I’m not following your plan because I respect you or anything, b-baka!” Lol oh Tsundere Sion. What a goober.

I like that Wignall got humbled, ditched the attitude, and now he’s just 100% on Team Will. Guy was even willing to die for the dude when Will got temporarily taken out of service when his goggles broke.

I guess there’s a lot more to Will than meets the eye. Seems he wasn’t able to use magic in the conventional sense for a reason. And I guess his little buddy knew all about that. Who even are they??

    6. Every great harem protagonist needs a red haired tsundere by his side.

Shana walked so that Sion can run.

while that battle had some rough unit cohesion parts I felt that the teamwork on display was top notch. The animation in this show is so good even if I find will a bit… mary sue.

Though Elfaria clearly is Rosty isn’t she. Like at this point there’s no denying it.

I do like how in spite of Will being this OP swordsman the entire team working together is what stopped the epic boss rather than any individual power, sure Will+Sion was the eventual final blow but the ice powers were needed, and Collette was needed to build wills strikes. The Elf mage and the lightning mage felt like they were the most “left out” literally just stalling at the endgame so will could formulate a plan.

    8. I don’t know why the studio rushes the most important part of the sesson. I thought we would see will use wand and sword next week.

The flashback at around 19:38 was interesting – to me, it seemed to suggest that they were siblings, but the mother(?) chose to separate them for some reason, perhaps to prepare for a condition that a big Wand and Sword skill needs (gonna go with something cheesy like unconditional love), now that we know it’s the strongest attack you can do so far.

This episode made the theory about Rosti more credible with that ice shard, and the fact that Rosti literally said remember Will, implies that he knows a lot about Will that Elfie knows about.

    11. Ffs. I can’t watch the rest of the episode now cause I can’t stop laughing…

“I have allowed him to touch me” with that odd smile RIGHT after it just.. I can’t even…
