It depends on height. The average woman is like 5’3″ while the average man is around 5’8″. A 65kg man of average height would be in the normal weight category whereas someone of average female height, 5″ shorter, would be overweight. A 65kg woman of average *male* height with decent muscle mass would look perfectly normal.

I mean, its relative to your height no? I think it would be quite different for all the short kings and tall queens out there
