Other than Action and Animation, “Ascendance Of A Bookworm.”
I love it. 10/10 Story, Characters, Setting, Music (9/10), and Openings (10-7/10).
But even I have to admit that it lacks in action and there are a few small bits here and there where the animation isn’t as great.

Trying to put my own bias aside, I’d say Mob Psycho is pretty much closest to being a 10/10 in everything. My favourite anime is jojo and its still great but I couldn’t call it completely perfect.
