The head definitely a bit long, try erasing the extra coller thing you have going on there and try shifting the whole head down. Right now, it just looks like the head is attached to a mannequin. The other problem I see is that the hands/arms are not in proportion with the body. If not In mood of redrawing hands, try making her more muscular in the middle. Rest everything is great!
