Raise: an increase in your hourly base rate or base salary, usually permanent orherwise it falls more under things like seasonal incentives, where you make say 2/hr extra added to your base rate before overtime conversion for hours worked during the incentive timeframe (say a week at the end of december)
Overtime: An automatic temp 1.5x of your base hourly rate (or salaried depending on the amount) for hours worked over usually 40hrs or whatever the standard is depending on your location.
