    1. Episode 1 of Season 3 is definitely a great return to form for the anime. I eagerly await seeing how the rest of the season unfolds in the coming weeks. It looks like it could be one of the Fall Season's heavy hitters!

    2. As much as corporations are ruining anime we as fans are as well by not giving things a chance. I hope this season does well because I’m a huge fan of this series and I don’t want it to die especially because of fans nit picking everything.

    3. Season 2 wasnt that bad. Until the last 2 episodes… they rushed episode 12 and episode 13 was pointless. But was generally ok otherwise and mostly followed the story of the novels

    4. I most probably won't be watching season 3 … I have read the manga and it didn't pique my interest as it did for 1st season.. jobless reincarnation s1 has made a standard for isekai anime… if it doesn't matches that standard… I don't like to watch those anime. It feels like something missing..

    5. Season 3 visually looks great but the pacing seems to be too fast and jumped to point A to point B to point C too quickly and we dont really get enough time to breath properly and take the scene in imo

    6. The first season was a masterpiece. idk what happened with season two but I'm hoping they got it together for season 3

    7. I would wish more people remembering about the second part of Season 2, since they say is "all trash" and the second part have good reception, and they agree in their videos themselves. The producers revealed that Season 2 was all about Spirit Turtoise, but they changed to part 1 for possible bad reception… but 6 episodes was hard to part 2 too, and more time to make more episodes when so many fans waited for more… This was complicated.

    8. Truth be told I feel like I should re-read the web novel because there are big differences between what I remember and what's happening in the anime. I'm not trying to give the LN a try, I'll settle for the Anime in this regard. I still think that they are changing too much, I mean Naofumi was likable because of his over-the-top edginess. His being toned down, felt more natural by the last 4 books but by season 2 it was basically him being chilled out. Completely out of character for the overall story that I remembered. Characters are being meshed in way too early; whole chunks of content are shifted around and rearranged, to try to make sense of the mess that s2 left behind. Even the overall exposition of very important story arcs feels lacking compared to s1 which from what I've read online was fairly faithful to both sources; at least in s1 I felt the actual soul of Shield hero, the only way that they could actually return "Back to Form"( I emphasize this because a lot of people are saying that it really is going back to S1 form but I don't believe it) is literally trying to return to actual source materials instead of rearranging stuff into nonsensical pacing. I didn't even understand where they had started in this season and that really threw me off because I've read the web novel at least three times so I shouldn't be as lost despite it being an adaptation from the LN. Overall the only way to return to form in all aspects is a long shot because of all the damage control they are doing from s2. Again even the author stated the spirit turtle arc should have never happened as it was just Bad; and the way the Beasts were introduced in the Webnovel although brief for each of the beasts was still a lot better. Truth be told though, of course, I've got my biases so I should try to remain objective and be glad that there's more content that is actually of a higher quality than s2. So an honest opinion on them really going back to form should be withheld till more of the series comes out trying to say statements, like it's back to form, is grandstanding at best or marketing propaganda to get viewership back again at worst.
