    2. いつも楽しみに拝見しています。今回も魅力的なお店の紹介ありがとうございます。Beaver Breadのパンが大好きなので、虎ノ門ヒルズもぜひ伺いたいです。

      おこがましいかもしれないのですが、サワードウなどの、生地という意味のdoughを英語のdoのようにドゥーと発音されているのがどうしても気になってしまいます。カタカナで書くならドウ、母音が「おう」ではないでしょうか。プロのパン職人さんの間では日本語としてドゥーが定着しているのでしょうか?うざかったらすみません!

    3. 店構えがユニークなデザインですね。カレーパンは東日本橋のお店と同じものでしたが、ビジネスパーソンの方々にも味わっていただきたいです。
