Japanese Reaction Power Rangers Cosmic Fury

I think the story and characters are not bad. I think I would have liked to see a few more Legends, but maybe the Legends were chosen to be limited to the PR team after Super Mega Force, right? I think it was a good ending for Dino Fury & Cosmic Fury series, although I think it's a bit plain as the end of regular PR series. My personal complaint is it needs more episodes. Looking forward to see what's happened to next Power Rangers!

The color of Zayto's new suit was dubbed as "champagne colored" by his actor. Nobody else provided a comment, so that's what it is.

I liked the season; I think it's a decent enough send off to the traditional version of the series. However, I'm forever gonna be annoyed at Hasbro only wanting to make 10 episodes, instead of 20, like Netflix wanted.

I wish i know how the original zords will be like.

i liked more than i disliked about the show. The team canon was the biggest let down, i wish it was an actual proper combination of the weapons rather than a completely separate model. Kelson Henderson (Mick's actor) getting to play a reasonably big role in the story was definitely the highlight for me, he's one of PRs best

Previously, there was news that the actor playing Ollie was busy outside of filming, so like it or not, Ollie was made into the antagonist. I think it's a bit forced because it seems better if Ollie was made like Liu Kang, killed by a villain and then made a revenant or zombie version for his ranger costume. New Ollie's return is made with a way to revive Ollie and turn off Ollie's revenant.

One thing I hate about Cosmic Fury is Fern. She is nothing but her lesbian partner Izzy, but gets powers directly from Solon's species and becomes the new ranger. Well, I think Fern is no different from Hana Natsuki/KR Aguilera who is the worst female rider in Kamen Rider history. Looks like Kat (SPD) is still better than her even though her spotlight is less but her characterization is decent.

I'd put Cosmic Fury a solid 8 out 10. The final is terrible Lord Zedd resolution is a downer since it was great sense of dread.

Toei sent them Navy's helmet and wouldn't let them to paint it to look like Deathryuger's and Cosmic Fury suits are so simple because Hasbro wanted to make cheaper basic toys.

Also Netflix wanted to do 20 episodes but Hasbro wanted to get the show out quickly so they settled on 10

As you are Japanese(so you definitely know more about toku than us) I actually expect you to make some sentai or rider reference there like I do (who is still new to rider Series)
Like turning zyato into morphin master technically a god and him not being memory read is very similar to how kouta lost his taste buds after gaining kiwami arms (even zyato's morphin master suit was very similar to kouta's god suit) and since geats just end yet these god reference was unigonarable for me lol
And ollie he was the best part of the series it's rare for power rangers to show a hero character turning evil (which is very common in sentai and rider) at first before watching series I thought he was doing it and betray everyone to protect his mother from lord zedd (like keiwa) but he was actually brainwashed (well that's power rangers after all not kamen rider)
Ollie felt like naga rei who is trying to be kureshima mitsuzane (he is the smartest member of his team afterall and that was also used many times
Overall a good series way better than my expectations or any other series which came after rpm(well after rpm I never like any other series after it) only wish that some scenes will be more realastic or impactful and less cringy dilouges (well that's actually typical power rangers things but after getting into toku it's feel very weird) but that's not a problem neither rip off ryusolgers in kyuren-oh (which is still unforgiven)
But wish they could explore dark ranger's character more he felt more useless and troublemaking than fan service (although I am not a big fan of dino charge although it was better than any other neo saban series) and he became goofier (he was badass and the best character in dino charge)

It's hard to believe that there won't be anymore adaptions from Super Sentai Series since the writers and producers have decided to move away from them and make plans to do a reboot version which I really don't know how it's going to work out. But I still wished they continued to more Super Sentai Series into the next Power Rangers Series like Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, Mashin Sentai Kiramager and Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger because I always wanted to see the version adapted into the next Power Rangers series storyline.

I prefer Sentai, my brother prefers Power Rangers, but even he agrees with me that Power Rangers needs Sentai as a base, or it is lacking its heart.

Did you know ninjor (ninjaman) was planned to appear but was scrapped? Also the reason why we didn't see the void knight (gaisolg) suit was because toei took the suit back.

The dark ranger use kyoryu navy helmet because that was toei sent them

Cosmic Fury was a good season, but with a very very terrible ending. It doesn't feel like an ending. Feels like another season finale.
In that aspect, I'm very disappointed.

I like the fact there was different call backs whether it was a certain line or character appearance. Also how they brought in Mick, Heckyl and Billy was fun to watch. I wish it would of been a longer series but I get why it didn't happen. I do like the cosmic fury suits and how they got the new powers. The introduction of a season with a female Red ranger was a nice touch. Though it happened in samurai it was only a couple episodes. The introduction of a orange ranger and zenith ranger was nice. I liked how the morphin masters told Javi where to go to get new zords. Plus the fact they hinted at spoilers zordon was in the grid the whole time after the first Z wave. So maybe if we get the Quantum Continuim maybe it will focus on possibly bringing zordon back. I liked how each episode didn't feel like a filler episode each one advanced the storyline. Then when some legendary megazord showed up I got a little teary eyed. I was in elementary school when MMPR debut and I've been hooked ever since. Lord Zedd morphin master form looked like mutated shredder from the end of TMNT secret of the ooze. Now just got to wait and see when the reboot will start. I liked how they kept everything original except for the zords. I think it's going to work out now that it's been done. I give Cosmic fury a 8/10 yeah it was a short season but it started and ended amazingly.
