I feel like I need to buy an equipment to upgrade my work and for college art course.

I've been drawing on my phone for almost 7 years.
And 2 years on laptop with a huion tablet, I got a hang of it, I also do 3d modelling with blender, and now learning how to use Opentoonz for animations.
I only use free softwares/apps hehe

I thought of getting a Huion Kamvas, but I also thought, maybe an Android Tablet?
Ipad is a too expensive for my budget.

So the question here is,
"Which one is better? a drawing monitor or an android tablet?"
"Which one is better even until after my graduation?"
.
I want to know you guys experiences with these kinds of equipments, to reference from too!

Even though convenience is also a key part to this, I also thought which has better apps/softwares for better work.
