Synopsis – The series follows Kei, also known as “K of Ice,” a high school boy who frequents the underground mahjong parlor teeming with money, women, black market organs, and desires. Despite facing various hardships, Kei navigates the underworld of mahjong while surviving.
“Touhai – Ura Rate Mahjong Touhairoku” will be broadcast on the “Animeism” slot on MBS, TBS, BS-TBS, and other channels from October 4th. Additional cast members include Seki Toshihiko as Seki Hideharu, the “jack of all trades” who gave Kei the opportunity to step into the world of underground mahjong, Koyasu Takehito as Hatayama, a university student who is lazy but skilled at mahjong , and Hikasa Yoko as Ai, a cold-hearted female mahjong player.
The main visual features the main characters Kei, Amina, Dojima, Takatsu, and Yu, as well as the newly announced Seki, Hatayama, and Ai. In addition to the voices of the new characters, the PV also features a portion of the opening theme song “Gambling Hall” sung by Masayoshi Oishi.
