This might be one of the biggest surprises in a while for me.
Came in with zero expectations, I wasn’t going to be surprised if it was another generic and cheap VRMMO anime but it turned out in the best way possible. A main character that has a life and a healthy family, he’s funny and witty, the game itself is just a game, you don’t get stuck or whatever but it’s well-designed with an addicting quality (in a good way) and of course the best part of it all is the amount of fun each character has playing the game. All of that being done with top tier art and animation.
To say that I’m excited for S02 would be an understatement! And the fact it’s 2 consecutive cours is just insane especially when you put in context that S01 was also 2 consecutive cours that aired in October LAST YEAR!!
