Fun fact- The name of the manga chapter this episode is based on, Indelible Lipstick Magic (Kienai ruuju majiku!!), was a parody of a 1982 song called “I-ke-na-i Rouge Magic!!”. In the original anime, you could even find some The Beatles references in some episodes alongside other [pop culture things that were popular at the time](https://new.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1cwlbca/her_body_belongs_to_darling_urusei_yatsura/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3). I think it was cool that the Remake was able to license this song which inspired that manga chapter and use it in the anime episode. I believe this was the only time an insert song was used in the Remake.

Ranma 1/2 Remake is less than a month away and I’m excited for that.
