Pretty much any romance anime where it has the dumb fucking plot device of the main guy or girl getting amnesia right at the end of the show and completely forgetting the person they were in love with.
Such a cheap plot device. Hate it. Reduces me to tears every time.
And then in the last five minutes of the show there will be a scene where the amnesiac gets all their memories back months or years later. Then I’m crying happy tears because the couple finally gets their happily ever after.
Stupid fucking plot device. Cheap kick to the testicles of my heart. Works every single time.
