I really can’t help but feel for Komari. It got lost in the comedy of Yanami’s “Childhood friends vs homewrecker” campaign, but Komari not being a childhood friend sets her apart from the other two.
Mainly, she’s mostly blameless in her loss. She met the two third years in April. If prez’s failed confession happened in December, it means he already had feelings for Koto when Komari met him. She didn’t stall like Yakishio and Yanami. She lost from the start.
And yet she confessed anyway, losing her place with them in the process. Even after that, here she is working so hard to give them a proper send-off. Just how selfless can she be?
