almost as if the shows were made with a certain language and certain voice actors in mind and dub changes both of those
My general rule: i check out both, if it’s a meme show i generally watch to see how bad it is – watch dub OR if dub is actually amazing like Yuki from russia-go. So 30-70 (d-s) in my case.

Tricky. usually sub is better, but I sometimes don’t want to be watching the screen all the time, especially when rewatching stuff. And until I find the motivation to learn japanese dub is the only way to do that.

Hi, Sub watcher here. Why can’t we just all get along and enjoy anime? Why does it bother you on how THEY watch an anime. Will I watch a dub? Hell no, I enjoy hearing the original VAs. Does it bother me if my friend watches the dub. No? Why would I even care. We should be happy that people are enjoying our favorite anime, not fighting how they should watch it. Plus my one friends has a disability which makes it super hard for her to read fast so dubs make it so she can enjoy anime. The more people who get into anime, they better for us long time fans. I will always be a sub watcher but I am also super grateful for dubs.
