Even if Goku wasn’t a saiyan he would be quite strong due to his immense training with master roshi in his childhood, same thing with Luffy. Probably the strongest one would be Naruto because he still got all the Jutsus and stuff. (Not caught up with JJK yet)

Goku because of the fact even though Naruto wouldn’t have Kurama he still had almost 4x the amount of chakra as kakashi and would still be super strong whereas goku would have only raw strength

I think either Goku or Gojo.
Naruto would still have his jutsus, chakra and all that.
Luffy still has Haki, which alone could potentially defeat the others with the Conqueror’s.
Gojo has… well, pretty sure he should still have his martial arts techniques and the other sorcery techniques, which we have seen he can use to potentially heal himself almost without limit.
Goku is… particular. It’s true that he has trained a lot and that he’s the “strongest man alive”, but I wonder just how much of that strength and talent comes from his race. If we consider that it’s all due to him being a Sayan, then without it he would be just about a normal martial artist, which would make him the weakest of the bunch, but since we can’t be sure of it it’s hard to say if he really is the loser here.

I haven’t seen JJK (aside from spoilers) but from what I’ve gathered the JJK verse isn’t really in the same tier as Naruto or One Piece. Let alone Dragon Ball. I don’t see how Gojo could even think about competing without infinity.

I would probably say Luffy. Humans in dragon ball are still planet busters, if not stronger. Naruto, even without kurama, has immense amounts of chakra and sage mode. Gojo without infinity still has six eyes, reverse cursed techinque, and limitless, which gives him a upper hand on his opponents (can see their curse energy), regeneratiod, and red, blue, and purple. Gojo only every really needs limitless againast people like sukuna. He could of easily beat any of the disaster curses even without infinity.
