Why is she overlapping with the character which he read in manga? Same behaviour same face same hiding place, Is he in a manga he read or something?

For me, i like the first chapter and I am excited to see the next chapter. I’m maybe the type of person that if the synopsis is kind of interesting, I’ll read/watch it.
