I was really worried Undead Unluck wouldn’t get anything else animated, so even though this might not be ideal I am hesitantly optimistic

And the fact they went with a 1 hour special tells us manga readers exactly where they’re ending season 2, and holy shit you guys are not ready

A 1 hour special is interesting here. The next arc is super short and could easily be covered in about 20-30 minutes, but the arc after is long enough that I doubt they could pull off a 2 parter. Wonder what they’re going to do to fill that extra time.
Hopefully this is also just a precursor to a full 2nd season the whole series may not be adapted but I really want them to get through at least the whole first half.

Holy shit i saw fire on snow and my brain stopped with thinking it’s Fire Punch anime. With so many Fujimoto works being made into anime recently it was more real than ever

I’ll take what I get. this is one of the best modern shounen, I know it has pacing issues and some uncomfortable moments but they all end up worth it in the end. The slow pacing actually feels like an important part of the storytelling later to me
And since manga reader are hyping it just gets better and better, I am really excited

Undead unluck is underrated masterpiece , its my favourite anime of last year , unfortunately it aired with frieren and apothecary diaries which took all the hype from it
