Neither of them are autistic. I wish people would stop throwing labels on people when they don’t have a clue what it really is.
Violet is a product of her upbringing. She’s eternally scarred. She knows no other way of life and she is able to overcome the conditioning that she went through when she was growing up. She’s still not perfectly functional at the end.
Frieren is pretty much just a self-absorbed individual who doesn’t participate in much unless it benefits or (at least) has some personally desirable outcome. She chooses not to interact with anybody because she feels they’re inferior.
Probably the most obvious display of autism in anime that I can think of is Mashiro Shiina in *Pet Girl Of Sakarosu.*
